Eligibility for Returns


Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.


How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.


Refunds


Approval Process: After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, we will issue your refund.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if the item shows signs of use or is returned outside of the 30-day window.


Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please reach out to info@rmsignaturespaces.com.


Shipping Costs


Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Shipping: If your return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
